I am now so close to the Marine Corps Marathon that I need to reduce my daily mileage. A slow 6 miles yesterday and a casual 4 this morning. I might run 6 or perhaps 8 tomorrow. My long run this week will be 12 miles on Saturday.
I am fit enough for my next marathon. I know the right strategy that I need to follow to finish this race. I hope I am able to do so.
